What is opinion? Quoted from lexico, opinion is a view or judgement formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge. Meanwhile, according to Oxford opinion is your feelings or thoughts about somebody or something, rather than a fact. So, from the explanation above, it can be seen that the opinion is not a concrete fact. But, opinion is just an view or judgment from someone to something. The purpose of expressing opinion is to express opinions, ideas or concept from the point of view of others about a phenomenon (topic of discussion) that is happening.
We can use the expression of opinion at times when we are negotiating, expressing opinions, or just chatting with a friend, we often say/express agree or disagree with others. What is thought? 'Thought' is the third form of the verb think. Although 'thought' is a fundamental human activity familiar to everyone, there is no generally accepted agreement as to what thought is or how it is created. Thoughts are the result or product of spontaneous acts of thinking.
Thought can only be used in sentences in the past simple tense and perfect tenses. Thought can also function as a noun. "Thought" as a noun means "thought", "idea", or "opinion" in Indonesian. Because in this context it acts as a noun, then its use is also the same as other nouns.
